Refund policy

Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return uneaten bars in their original case (no more than 2 bars may be missing from each case) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions: 

Condition of Items: Uneaten bars, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at info@addralabs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
At this time we do not have an exchange program for purchases made.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@addralabs.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
