Soft, moist, and tasty!

To me, this is the best flavor of the four; it's soft, moist, has bits of apple, and has no chalky taste. I have tried and enjoyed the other flavors, but the texture on the apple pie flavor gives it the top spot in my book over the others.

Delicious and effective

I'd never used protein bars before even though I knew about the benefits. I started using Addra Labs protein based about four weeks ago and I can definitely see the benefits of muscle recovery and a boost in energy. The bars also taste great without being sugary. Recommended Protein Dosing

Athletes should consume 30g of protein or equivalent post-endurance exercise (e.g. 1 Addra Bar). Each meal should also contain at least 20g of protein with protein-rich snacks between meals. Drive for a protein ‘hit’ about every 3 hours throughout the day.
