You will enjoy and benefit from these protein bars from Addra Labs

We have been enjoying peanut butter crisp protein bars from Addra labs and found the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough to be equally satisfying. While we chose them for protein fitness benefits, they have a nice texture and great, but not sweet taste and hit the spot for a snack. My husband and I share chunks of a bar while working on a project; we can't wait to try the other flavors.

Low sugar, high protein recovery bar

If you're looking for a protein bar that doesn't taste like protein (aka chalk) and has the right stuff to help you recover (leucine), this is the bar for you. They're not loaded with sugar or covered in chocolate (which melts in a car, see below), so they won't be as sweet as other bars, but the chocolate cherry is A+++. I leave these in my car and eat on my drive home from the gym or pool to keep the hunger (hanger?) at bay. Will order again.

RECOMMENDED PROTEIN DOSING

Athletes should consume 30g of protein or equivalent post-endurance exercise (e.g. 1 Addra Bar). Each meal should also contain at least 20g of protein with protein-rich snacks between meals. Drive for a protein ‘hit’ about every 3 hours throughout the day.
