Chocolate Cherry Almond is my fav flavor so far

Chocolate Cherry Almond is my fav flavor so far. I’m am finding these bars perfect for between training sessions, as a protein/leucine easy solution and for the odd day that I leave the house without eating much. I find them particularly useful between sessions as they satisfy hunger but are easy on the stomach for a hard second or third training session!

Recommended Protein Dosing

Athletes should consume 30g of protein or equivalent post-endurance exercise (e.g. 1 Addra Bar). Each meal should also contain at least 20g of protein with protein-rich snacks between meals. Drive for a protein ‘hit’ about every 3 hours throughout the day.
