Not your typical Protein bar

not your sugary tasteless bar that you sometimes eat just to have protein. The Chocolate chip cookie Dough bar has just enough sweetness, that you wish you had some ice cream to stir your bar into. Pea Protein has texture, and the the little chocolate chips are enough of surprise that the bar is not dull. I have ordered a batch as backups, as emergency supplies on cycle rides and just to snack on

The only protein bar that I look forward to eating! I can’t decide if choc chip cookie dough or apple pie is my favorite, but regardless this is the easiest & tastiest way to get protein in right after my workout.

I didn’t think this flavor and the Peanut Butter flavor couldn’t taste any better . I was wrong - they both taste better than ever . The amount of protein and leucine is great for muscle and wound recovery ! Addra Lab bars are my go to protein bars.

RECOMMENDED PROTEIN DOSING

Athletes should consume 30g of protein or equivalent post-endurance exercise (e.g. 1 Addra Bar). Each meal should also contain at least 20g of protein with protein-rich snacks between meals. Drive for a protein ‘hit’ about every 3 hours throughout the day.
