These bars are actually amazing ingredients AND taste good! I only tried the 4 pack of each flavor and as soon as I tried the first 2 I made an order for more! Thank you for making an awesome bar!!!

These bars are awesome. I take them on a long bike ride for the extra protein.
I have tried the Apple Cinnamon and Almond both are good.

Recommended Protein Dosing

Athletes should consume 30g of protein or equivalent post-endurance exercise (e.g. 1 Addra Bar). Each meal should also contain at least 20g of protein with protein-rich snacks between meals. Drive for a protein ‘hit’ about every 3 hours throughout the day.
